- You become an established patient under a formal intake process,
- You are located in a state in which Dr. Tejeda is licensed to practice (currently Florida), and
- You complete the required consent and onboarding forms within Wholesum’s clinical portal.
1.3 Emergencies
Do not use the Website for medical emergencies. Call 911 or your local emergency provider immediately.
